Executive leadership training as experinced coaches build it
Ave Peetri, Gaetane Lenain, Kathryn Pope and our Lena Gustafsson are four senior coaches who together represent thousands of hours of coaching leaders and about a hundred years of summoned experience in leadership training in different parts of the world. Togehter they have now worked on a leadership training covering the essential skills they see a leader need, given in an interactive and global setting. Training can of course be purchased to use internally on set in an organisation but will also be offered as open digital courses where the goeal is to add the element of intercultural exchange to the curriculum itself.
