Lena Gustafsson (founder & owner)
I am the owner and founder of Guldkanten. I am based in à seda, SmÄland, Sweden and this lovely countryside surroundings is where I ground myself and from here I take off to meet you nationally and internationally.
Examples of where I am active right now:
Centre of Leadership in SmÄland: This is a project at Linneaus University, VÀxjö. Here I am a process leader in leadership development groups to build leadership in innovative organisations.
Region Kronoberg: A project where I am one of the selected consultants a part of Konsulttimmen which offers business development to companies in the Swedish region Kronoberg.
Kommuncoacherna: I am one of the coaches offering leadership coaching to some of the Swedish public agencies.
Skolcoacherna: Is a program bringing coaching to schools around Sweden as part of a national government project offering support to raise quality in chosen schools. With them I am doing individual coaching and team coaching on teachers.
SĂžren Holm
SĂžren is an ICF professional certified coach with over 30 years of experience. Being fluent in Swedish, Danish, and English, he acquired ample experience with both local and international clients. Using tools such as Janssenâs Model of Change, he has helped managers and many others to excel in their work. Nina Ljungars
Nina is an ICF professional certified coach. With more than 15 years of coaching experience, she specializes today on executive and leadership coaching and personal development. Her clients are mainly from the private sector but also the public sector, especially schools. She is also a mentor coach and coach trainer. Being fluent in Swedish, English, Spanish, and French, enabled her to help clients from European countries, North and South America, Australia, and Singapore. Veronica Lysaght
Veronica is an ICF certified coach, with 20+ years of experience in the field. Drawing from her education which includes a Bachelor of Commerce, Masters of Counselling, and Professional Coaching Certificate (Integral Coaching), she developed a real focus on enhancing leadership that is compassionate, courageous and has people at the heart of it. Veronica has worked across many sectors and mostly with government, associations and not-for-profit. Similarly, she helped clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including executives, leaders, and change makers. Birgitta Söderström
With over 10 years of experience, Birgitta is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with training in areas such as cross-cultural communication, effective communication/management using DiSC, MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, Unconscious Bias, and Mindfulness. She is a globally minded coach who has lived and worked internationally for over twenty years. She also works with teams who are experiencing conflicts, bullying or a toxic environment to help facilitate the change to create a productive team-environment where each person can thrive. As a Co-Active Coach Birgitta also works individually with people who want more out of life and works to help them live a purposeful life and to fully step into their unique and empowered leadership.

Joakim Muschött
Joakim is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 20 years of experience. He is also a supervisor in Mental Training, facilitator at The Mens Shelter, and has been counseling new entrepreneurs. He coaches managers and specialists, as well as working with outplacement for people getting laid off. Joakim has been working with big and small customers within both private and governmental sectors, with managers at all levels both in Sweden and internationally. Lena Sobel
Lena is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), educated in Clean Coaching (Clean Language). With more than 15 years of coaching experience, she specializes in leadership and change. Lena is fluent in Swedish and English and trains managers in coaching and coaching leadership. Clients have been both CEOs and new managers. Since Lena herself is an engineer, leaders and specialists in the industry, and universities usually feel comfortable with Lena. With tools and models such as Janssen's Model of Change, IMGD (Integrated Model of Group Development), and Clean Language, she helps leaders and others to develop themselves and their situation. Helena Friberg
Helena is an ICF professional certified coach and certified dietician (kostrÄdgivare steg II) with 800+ hours of coaching experience. Being fluent in Swedish and English she helped a lot of local clients from various fields and on various topics, with a focus on solo entrepreneurship, health work, and culture.
