If you followed the previous posts you already caught a glimpse of this idea. However, given that I see its importance so often in my coaching work, I cannot stress it enough: your self-development as an entrepreneur needs to be a priority. Without it, your business will not take-off.
It is as if you are building a plane but you are not learning how to fly it. It might be the greatest technological advancement of the decade - if you did not update your skills to match it, nothing will move.
It is a complex process - but you can definitely do it!
Your goals, methods, and mindsets need to change in sync with the companyâs development. Your ability to adapt to your dynamic environment and find a way forward is what connects you to your business.
It is a daunting and complex process but my clients have always told me that it is one of the most enriching experiences of their lives.
Be selfish - prioritize your personal development. When doing this, you will bring your newly acquired insights and skills into your business and help it and the people around you grow.
Now get out there and do great things!
